Users are responsible for the accuracy of their vehicle listings. Fraudulent or misleading listings will be removed and may result in account suspension.

4. Transactions

GetMotovance facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee the outcome of any deal.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Posting fake or misleading listings
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Attempting to circumvent our verification systems
• Using the platform for illegal activities

6. Limitation of Liability

GetMotovance is not responsible for any losses arising from transactions between users. Users transact at their own risk.
